I've seen worse. Once I accidently found myself at a meetup/show (what's it called if it is free to get in but there are vendor booths and obnoxious music?) that was being hosted by stanceworks.

The problem isn't just the looks, it's the price. A 2003 corvette? For 100k+? I know the engine is good but it's an LS motor, everyone with a few wrenches and free time can add power to an LS motor. Keep in mind you can get a brand new C7 AND have enough leftover for a brand new chevrolet traverse to haul the family and boat. Both cars will have warranties and the C7 will probably beat this C5 in the turns and not be that much slower in a straight line.

I've seen a couple at a show, and it's true, they look much better in person. You know it's not quite a C1, but it's definitely a Corvette. It's not my cup of tea, or whatever, but when done right they look pretty good up close.
